What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect five things you type: full name, phone number, address, email and message. We also record technical context — the page you were on, which form you used and the time — to route your request. We store a one-way scrambled version of your network address to limit spam.
How we use it
Only to respond to your service enquiry. Sending the form does not sign you up for marketing, and we do not sell your information.
Where it is stored and who processes it
Enquiries are stored in a private database run by our hosting provider. We intend to transfer enquiries to our customer-relationship system (Aleads); this connection is not yet active. Service providers may store data outside Canada — details to be confirmed.
Retention
Retention period to be confirmed. We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable business records.
Analytics
No analytics or advertising tags are active on this site at the moment. If added, this policy will be updated and any required consent choices offered.
Your rights and contacting us
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Send the request through our contact form and mention “privacy request”. A postal or phone route will be listed once confirmed.
